Solutions · Team Training

The team that directs the agents.

Hands-on training built around your real workflows, so your people can direct, check, and improve what we build instead of depending on us to run it.

Why training matters

A system nobody can run is not a system.

Most AI work stalls for the same reason: the technology arrives, but nobody on the team learns to trust it, check it, or point it at the next problem. Training closes that gap and is why what we build keeps working.

We teach with your actual workflows, your data, and your tools, so every session ends with something your team can use the next morning.

  • Confidence instead of AI anxiety
  • Safe, clear guidelines for using AI with company data
  • Practical skills applied to real daily work
  • A shared language across the whole team

What we cover

From first promptto running agents.

Training meets your team where it is, whether that's day one with AI or learning to direct a team of agents.

AI Foundations

What AI can and can't do, how to prompt well, and how to judge the output. The baseline every team member needs.

Safe & Responsible Use

Clear policies for data, privacy, and accuracy so people know exactly what's safe to share and when to verify.

Workflow Playbooks

Role-specific recipes for your team's actual work: writing, research, reporting, customer communication, and more.

Working with Agents

How to direct, review, and improve AI agents so your team stays in control as automation grows.

How it works

Training that fitshow your team actually learns.

Step 1

Assess

We map your team's current skills, tools, and workflows to find where AI training pays off first.

Step 2

Train

Live, hands-on workshops using your real work, in person or remote, for leadership and front-line teams.

Step 3

Reinforce

Office hours, playbooks, and check-ins so new skills stick and champions emerge inside your team.

FAQs

Common questions.

How is the training delivered?
Remote by default, in live working sessions rather than recorded video. We come onsite where it makes sense and the travel is worth it. Sessions are hands-on: your team works on your real workflows, not sample exercises.
How long does it take?
A focused program typically runs across several weeks rather than a single day, because skills that get used need spacing and reinforcement. We scope the length to your team's starting point after the first assessment conversation.
What size group works best?
Small enough that everyone builds something. We cap working sessions so each person gets attention; larger organisations are usually trained in cohorts by function rather than all at once.
Do you train non-technical teams?
Yes — most of the people we train are not engineers. Operations, marketing, finance, customer service, and leadership teams are the ones who feel the difference fastest, because their work is full of the repetitive judgment AI handles well.
What does it cost?
Training is quoted as a fixed-scope program based on team size and starting level, not as an hourly rate or an open-ended retainer. You'll have the number before you commit.
What if we also want the systems built?
That's the usual case, and it works better in that order or in parallel. Training on systems built for your business sticks far better than generic tool training. See AI Implementation.
