Digital Marketing Account Manager - Columbus, Ohio


The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and executing digital marketing strategies. In addition to maintaining existing accounts, this person will be responsible for developing new client accounts. This individual will be seen as the true point of contact for all account issues both internally and externally. This person will work closely with other members of the account team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all client matters
  • Organize and lead internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Monitor and generate weekly and monthly client reporting for key performance metrics.
  • Analyze performance and perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini and other search platforms.


Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SOW and proposal writing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Identify creative approaches to satisfy data/analyses needs
  • Intuitive and creative thinker who is able to assist in digital marketing design
  • Passion for data, analytics and insights in marketing

  • Strong leadership and time management (organization and prioritization) skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1 - 3 years of customer relationship management experience in a marketing role
  • Basic knowledge of PPC, SEO, and digital marketing
